Our story (and why it matters)

We’re Kiyoshi and Kenji Inui — brothers who entered the mortgage industry in 2004 with a simple belief: do right by people, and the business will follow.

In 2016, we moved into retail banking, thinking it would create the best outcomes for clients. But as the market shifted, we consistently saw wholesale lenders deliver better flexibility, pricing, and options — and we couldn’t stand watching clients miss out.

So in 2020 we built Solve Lending & Realty to give homeowners something most places can’t: real market access and a single strategy across real estate + lending.
