About Jessica

Jessica Rinaldi-Inui — “Jessica Moves California” — is a native Californian, daughter of an Italian-American general contractor and an immigrant mother from Colombia. Real estate was the family business before it was her career: she grew up on her father’s residential construction sites, spending weekends painting, landscaping, laying floors, pouring concrete, and installing appliances in homes he built from the ground up. That upbringing is the eye she brings to every walkthrough — she’s reading the house itself, not just the listing.

Today real estate is still a family thing: Jessica is married to Solve Lending & Realty co-founder Kiyoshi Inui, and she became a mom this past year — which, she’ll tell you, changed how she looks at every floor plan. Jessica represents buyers and sellers across San Diego County — from Carlsbad and Encinitas on the coast to Chula Vista, La Mesa, and Oceanside inland. She works most often with first-time buyers who want a straight answer about what a home will really cost to own, and with sellers who want the process organized and the pricing honest.
